The birth of the first “extracorporeal child” in Kazakhstan on July 31, 1996 at the Ecomed clinic marked the beginning of a new era in the treatment of infertility in Kazakhstan, the author of which was organized by embryologist Saltanat Berdenovna Baikoshkarova.
