On September 30 – October 1, a two-day training course on the topic "Hospital Service" was held in Astana, organized by the Akimat of Astana city represented by the Department for Investment and Business Development.
 
The main purpose of the course was to support the city's clinics in improving the level of service, which, in turn, will attract more foreign patients and strengthen the image of the capital as a center of medical tourism.
 
The event brought together more than 100 representatives of medical organizations of the capital. Among the participants were specialists in hospital and nursing services, specialists in working with foreign patients, employees of international departments, marketing and PR specialists.
 
International experts were invited as speakers:
Chikrizova Valentina Sergeevna - Executive Director of the Association of Medical and Academic Tourism. Head of the Department of Medical Tourism of the Buyanov State Medical University DZM.
Knyazeva Natalia Alekseevna is the director of marketing and PR of well-being resorts in the city center of Wellcure, producer of HR Well-being Days, as well as co-founder of ReStart Room.
 
As part of the training course, participants studied the best practices of patient care, modern approaches to the organization of the medical process and methods of effective interaction with patients. The experts shared their experience with the audience and gave recommendations on how to improve customer service in the healthcare sector.
 
Representatives of medical institutions had the opportunity not only to study the theoretical foundations, but also to apply them in practice through various interactive tasks. The valuable knowledge acquired during the course will help them create more comfortable conditions for patients and enhance the reputation of Astana clinics in both domestic and international markets.
 
At the end of the training course, all participants were awarded certificates confirming the successful completion of the training.
