The MC UDP Hospital of the Republic of Kazakhstan has introduced a new technology for the treatment of heart rhythm
On September 25, 2024, the MC UDP Hospital of the Republic of Kazakhstan was one of the first among the countries of Central Asia and the post-Soviet space to introduce a new technology for atrial fibrillation ablation – Pulsed Field Ablation. This technology is highly efficient, safe and requires less time to regulate the heart rate. It is used for atrial fibrillation in patients.

The world-famous French cardiologist, professor and secretary of the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) Serge Beauvais conducted a master class for hospital doctors. He, together with the chief arrhythmologist of the MC UDP RK Hospital, Professor Ayan Abdrakhmanov and other arrhythmologists of the hospital, performed operations on 6 patients using new technologies. Patients who have undergone surgery feel well.

Since cardiovascular diseases are one of the leading causes of death in the world, the introduction of such technologies is of great importance. Doctors of the MC UDP RK Hospital will continue to use the new technology to treat patients. They will also continue to study the most advanced treatment methods in order to provide citizens with high-quality services.
