Training Courses on Medical Marketing and Hospital Service Held in Astana to Boost Medical Tourism
On June 18, professional development courses for specialists in the field of medical tourism took place in Astana.
The event was organized by “Astana Tourism” Center for Tourism Development LLP with the aim of improving service quality and strengthening the capital’s competitiveness in the international arena. The training was conducted with the participation of foreign experts from the Republic of Türkiye — a country recognized as a global leader in medical tourism.
International speakers shared advanced practices in medical marketing and hospital service standards tailored to the needs of foreign patients.
The course brought together 60 representatives of leading medical organizations in the city that work with international patients. Participants included both private and public clinics interested in developing the export potential of medical services. According to the organizers, such events promote the exchange of experience, enhance the professional skills of employees, and help establish a unified approach to serving international patients. The courses were part of a broader initiative to promote Astana as a medical tourism hub in Central Asia. As part of this program, regular training sessions and partnerships with international clinics and associations are planned.
