The sanatorium-dispensary "Zeleny Bor" is located in a picturesque area on the shore of Lake Shchuchye, on the territory of the State National Natural Park "Burabai". The sanatorium has been operating year-round for more than 36 years and occupies one of the leading places in the Akmola region.

The medical building treats diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular, respiratory organs, gastrointestinal tract, diseases of the peripheral system; a complex of health-improving therapeutic procedures: antler baths, sea and coniferous, a variety of shower procedures, mud applications.
