Representatives of the hospital of the Medical Center for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation, the National Center for Neurosurgery, the Green Clinic Medical Center, and the National Scientific Medical Center came to Atyrau, Aktau and Kostanay. The purpose of their visit is to introduce local trade unions to the medical capabilities of the Kazakh capital.
The leading medical organizations of Astana presented various check-up programs: for men, women, people category 50+, children's, oncological, neurological and many others. Representatives of trade union organizations, in turn, were able to get free medical consultations with Astana doctors, sign up for an appointment, learn about diagnostic and treatment methods.
Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Tourism of the Center for Development of Astana Bazarbek Kamimbaev, who accompanied doctors, noted that the capital is ready to receive medical tourists thanks to developed infrastructure, affordable transport and high quality of medical services at relatively low prices. The main directions of obtaining medical services in the capital include cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, transplantology, plastic surgery, reproductive medicine and treatment of cancer.
The hospital of the Medical Center for Management of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides a full cycle of medical care: prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. According to the acting head of the department of preventive medicine Inna Adolf, the high efficiency of the check-up of the program is ensured due to the broad diagnostic capabilities that the diagnostic unit has. Nuclear medicine, radiation and functional types of diagnostics, clinical and diagnostic laboratory, endoscopy, genomic diagnosis contribute to high detection of health problems in patients.
The head of the FMR of the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation Asyl Iskulova shared important information about the state of comprehensive rehabilitation in the National Center. More than four thousand small patients are rehabilitated here annually, and almost 99% of them leave the walls of the National Center with an improvement in their condition. It should be noted that the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation oversees the rehabilitation children's service in all regions of Kazakhstan, including methodological work and practical assistance.
The National Center for Neurosurgery over 16 years of activity helped in the recovery of more than sixty thousand patients. The center is constantly improving its high -tech area of work in order to provide the highest quality medical care. So, the specialists of the center were introduced into the work of 70 innovative technologies, and 64 technologies were transferred to the regions. Within the framework of clinical activity in the Center, over the years, such high-tech areas were opened as microneurosurgery, functional neurosurgery, treatment of vascular brain diseases, reconstructive spinal surgery, the use of neuromodulation and neuronavigation, radiosurgery-gamma-knife, and others. Currently, high -tech treatment at the National Center for Neurosurgery is available to all Kazakhstanis.

The Office for Investments and the Development of Entrepreneurship under the Astana Akimat, which organized an exit event, said that today more than two million Kazakhstanis are employed in harmful working conditions. 40.9% of them operate in conditions of high noise and vibration level, in 35.1%, the working zones are excessively bombarded and dusty, 18.1% suffer from an unfavorable temperature regime at work, and 4.5% are forced to engage in heavy physical labor.
When conducting an analysis of occupational incidence, it was established that the proportion of patients with advanced cases of occupational diseases is 31.3%. That is, every third patient is already a potential disabled person. One way to determine the presence of an occupational disease in the employee is to pass the necessary tests and conduct a qualitative inspection on special equipment, with the involvement of narrow specialists.
