Today, JSC "National Scientific Medical Center" celebrates an important anniversary - 20 years since the first open heart surgery was performed at JSC "NSMC".

April 7, 2004, was the day the center accomplished the feat of saving lives and giving hope. This day will remain in history as an important step in the development of medicine.

The strong will of the patient, the professionalism of the doctors, careful preparation, and dedication - all this made this success possible. Today, this patient is 83 years old, and he lives, breathes, and enjoys life, glorifying each new day.
